P-PORTER

Who is P-PORTER?

P-Porter was born out of passion of good wines. Our aim is to make the world of fine wines and spirits accessible to a broader audience. We also offers long-term storage for your wines and spirits. With over a million bottles under our care, you can be sure that we are treating your prized collection as if it were our own.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment. P-PORTER is a Singapore based operation that distributes wine and spirits directly to our partners and customers via www.p-porter.com.

 

ORDERS

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do need an account to complete a purchase. Moreover, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and view previous purchases

  • Add your favorite items and sold out products to your Wish List

  • Save your address and details for your convenience when you shop in the future

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please write to us at customercare@p-porter.com with your order number and request, and we will do our best to assist you. However, if your order has already been processed or sent out for delivery, we regret that we will be unable to cancel or make changes to it.

Also, kindly note that we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.

Can I place an order and have it delivered as gift?

Absolutely! And you may add a gift message to accompany your order. Simply proceed to checkout from your shopping basket and you will be able to add an address and gift message for this order.

You can be assured that we will only include the gift message and a delivery note with the order.

What should I do if I’ve received an incorrect item or missing an item from your order?

At the time of your delivery, please check the contents to ensure they correspond with the delivery note. In the event whereby there is any incorrect or missing items, please notify the delivery driver and mark these on the delivery note. Additionally, please contact us at customercare@p-porter.com.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We do not offer a return policy on any of our items. If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your purchase, or if there’s any mistake with your order, please write to us at customercare@p-porter.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Currently, we do not provide refunds for any purchased items. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@p-porter.com.

 

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING

What is the minimum order to qualify for free delivery?

We charge a flat fee of $40 for delivery. Delivery is free for orders above $2000.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will deliver your order within 3 working days after payment is received.

Will I be notified of the exact time of delivery? 

We will notify you via email prior to the scheduled delivery.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

We can only deliver to a single address per order. If you need to order multiple items to be delivered to different addresses, please place each order with respective delivery address separately customercare@p-porter.com.

 Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We currently ship only within Singapore.

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. If you have questions about a specific provider, please reach out to customercare@p-porter.com

How will my order appear on my credit card statement?

All sales from P-Porter will be transacted under P-PORTER.
